As the Editorial Manager of Digital at Sephora, I focused primarily on editing and creating site, email, social, and mobile content. Our team brought in-store campaigns to life online, created award-winning site experiences, and had the opportunity to work with brands like Dior, Elizabeth & James, and Hourglass.
From 2008-2012 I was the lead writer and editor for REVOLVEclothing.com (now revolve.com) and their high-end sister site Forward by Elyse Walker (now fwrd.com). In addition to writing and managing our daily blogs, I wrote site content and produced special projects, including the launch of our online magazine and monthly designer profiles. I also attended New York Fashion Week each season to interview designers and work with our buying team to identify key trends for the next season.
As the US Editor for Farfetch.com, I was responsible for managing all editorial content for our US site. In addition to creating and overseeing our editorial calendar, I also assigned, wrote, and edited designer, store, and “blog” copy.
I started at the Robb Report right out of college as an intern and worked my way up to an Editorial Assistant and then Assistant Editor. While there, I wrote for a handful of interior design titles, including Robb Report Luxury Home, Robb Report Vacation Homes, and the Robb Report Collection, where I was given Design Seen, my own section to write and manage. In 2007, I also had the opportunity to work on the launch of a new title: Robb Report Vertical Living, a magazine dedicated to high-end high rises.
